Cole Palmer's impressive solo effort against Fulham on Boxing Day has won our December Goal of the Month competition, as voted for by Chelsea supporters.

In a month full of superb goals, Palmer's finish against Fulham stood out above the rest with his strike coming within the opening 20 minutes of our Boxing Day fixture against our west London neighbours.

Receiving the ball from Levi Colwill 35 yards from goal, our No.20 slalomed his way through several Fulham defenders before passing into the corner to break the deadlock and send Stamford Bridge into raptures.

Cole's impressive strike earned 28 per cent of the vote, beating his own effort against Aston Villa which came in second place with 19 per cent.

Meanwhile, Jadon Sancho's stunner against Spurs took third place with 18 per cent to complete the podium positions.

Congratulations, Cole!
