Djordje Petrovic has been nominated for December's Premier League Save of the Month award.
The 24-year-old has been named among six nominees for the best save during December following his spectacular stop against Luton Town in the final minutes at Kenilworth Road.
Helping the Blues secure the three points, Petrovic had to be on full alert to deny Carlton Morris from close range. The Luton forward had broken free from his marker before heading a set-piece towards goal that Petrovic instinctively tipped onto the crossbar, denying the Hatters a route back into the match as Chelsea won 3-2.
December was an impressive month for the Serbian, making his Chelsea debut by coming off the bench against Everton, before keeping his first clean sheet in the following game against Sheffield United - his first start for the club.
He would go on to make the decisive save in the Carabao Cup quarter-final penalty shoot-out against Newcastle, cementing Chelsea's place in the final four of the competition.
Petrovic is joined on the shortlist for the Premier League Save of the Month award by Wes Foderingham (Sheff Utd), Alisson Becker (Liverpool), Dean Henderson (Crystal Palace), Jordan Pickford (Everton) and Guglielmo Vicario (Tottenham).
The recipient of the award is decided by a public poll and you can cast your vote for Petrovic here until midday on Monday 8 January. The winner will be then revealed at 2pm on Friday 12 January.
