We take on Arsenal at Stamford Bridge on Sunday 10 November, kick-off 4.30pm and ticket sales for this match will be as follows:

Tuesday 1 October from 10am until 11:30am: Tickets will be sold to members with 36 loyalty points or more who can purchase one ticket per person.

Tuesday 1 October from 12pm until 1:30pm: Tickets will be sold to members with 31 loyalty points or more who can purchase one ticket per person.

Tuesday 1 October from 2pm until 3.30pm: Tickets will be sold to members with 26 loyalty points or more who can purchase one ticket per person.

Tuesday 1 October from 4pm: All remaining members who have yet to purchase can purchase one ticket per person.

All persons under the age of 16 will be required to attend the relevant area of the ground with, and sit in the ground next to, a person aged 18 years of age or over.

Club Chelsea Westview

Members and season ticket holders now have access to purchase any of the 19 home Premier League games in advance via the Chelsea FC Official Ticketing Portal. A maximum of four tickets can be purchased per person, and only the ticket purchaser is required to be a member or season ticket holder. Purchasers will be awarded loyalty points based on the general admission policy and members will only receive points for one purchase per match (including any tickets purchased outside of Westview), however these will ONLY be added after the game has been played. Members can still purchase general admission (GA) tickets when available in line with the normal GA process.

You DO NOT have to be a member or season ticket holder to purchase non-Westview Club Chelsea package.

Club Chelsea tickets are non-refundable unless the match is cancelled, postponed, or moved more than 48 hours either side of the scheduled fixture date.

Accessible Supporters Application Process

Personal assistant’s tickets can only be allocated via the above application process.

Accessible Car Parking

Supporters can make application for the car parking from Tuesday 15 October by clicking here.

Supporters will be required to display your Blue Badge while parked at a Chelsea FC site.

Ticket exchange

Only season ticket holders and members will be able to purchase home Premier League match tickets through the ticket exchange if they do not already have a ticket for the match. Supporters can access the ticket exchange through the season ticket and members portal.

The ticket exchange will open at 11amon Tuesday 1 October.

The ticket exchange will close at 3pm on Friday 8 November.

Ticket Forwarding

Season ticket holders can forward their ticket for this fixture to anyone supporter on their friends and family list.

This can be done via the Chelsea FC Official Ticketing Portal on the Account Details page under the ‘My Tickets’ tab.

Ticket forwarding will open at 3pm on Thursday 7 November.

Ticket forwarding will close at 3:30pm on Sunday 10 November.

Supporters will receive one loyalty point for this match.

Refunds

Please note refund requests must reach the ticket office no later than 4:30pm on Thursday 7 November. Tickets purchased on the Ticket Exchange, cannot be refunded, all sales are final.

Please note: Sales for Panathinaikos will be suspended from Friday 27 September and will recommence on Tuesday 1 October at 5pm or at the completion of the Arsenal on-sale.
