Chelsea's non-international players have been in training for over a week now, with Chelsea's No.1, centre-back Fofana and midfielder Gallagher all next to check in at our Surrey training complex. Ampadu also joined, after a loan spell at Spezia in Italy last campaign.

The quartet, who represented Spain, France, England and Wales respectively in June's international fixtures, went through the normal medical procedures and running drills before getting down to business on the grass with a ball.

The Blues will enjoy a few more days in our familiar surroundings before flying out to North Carolina on Monday (17 July) ahead of our first fixture of the summer, against Wrexham a week today.
