Season ticket holders may now renew their season ticket for the 2021/22 campaign. Renewals are subject to the club’s ticketing policy which can be found here and a summary of the main changes are below.
For those who wish to remain in their existing 2019/20 season ticket seat, all renewals, including those with finance, must be done online.
Supporters wishing to move seats or change the name of a season ticket should NOT renew online. Instead, they should complete the season ticket application form in full and return this to the ticket office. We recommend all applications are posted back via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Any season ticket holder can apply to move seats. It is advised season ticket holders wishing to relocate together send their forms in together.
Any supporter that has credit remaining from the 2019/20 season will now have this credit allocated against their 2021/22 season ticket.
If you wish to spread the cost of your season ticket over monthly instalments instead of paying in one upfront payment, you can use an instalment plan scheme provided by V12 Retail Finance Limited – our season ticket finance provider.
Supporters wishing to pay online can log into their online accounts to renew.
Supporters can renew with finance online by clicking here.
Season ticket deadline for renewals by instalment plan is 5pm on Friday 21 May.
Season ticket deadline by card payment is 5pm on Friday 4 June.
Disabled supporters
As announced on 12 March 2019, from the 2021/22 season disabled season ticket holders will pay the full price. They will still receive a free personal assistant ticket.
Disabled season ticket holders will receive a renewal form with an interactive version available on request by emailing [email protected]. All forms must be completed in full and returned with an up-to-date Proof of Disability as detailed on the application form. Once the form is received, a member of the Access team will be in contact to process the payment in full or assist with a V12 finance application if required.
Disabled season tickets cannot be renewed online.
Please return your completed form with a copy of Proof of Disability to: PO Box 21805, Chelsea Football Club, Stamford Bridge, London, SW6 1HS or email [email protected].
UK/UEFA Away Schemes
Supporters who are currently part of the UK or UEFA away scheme will be contacted in June about renewing their place for the upcoming 2021/22 season.
Please take note of the following changes at Stamford Bridge.
• Prices, Policy and Stadium Upgrades announcement
Westview
Season ticket holders in the West Stand Upper will be contacted by the club to discuss their seat following the announcement the area will become Westview, a new part of our hospitality offering.
Rail seating
Rail seating will be installed in the Matthew Harding Lower and Shed End Upper and Lower tiers this summer, subject to approval by the Sports Ground Safety Authority (SGSA) and its Safety Advisory Group (SAG). Supporters who are located in one of the new rail seating areas and wish to move seats can apply to change seats during the season ticket renewal period.
Ticket policy changes for 2021/22
Ahead of next season, alongside the introduction of Westview and rail seating at the Bridge, a number of changes have been made to the club’s ticketing policy.
• Match tickets will be sold from 10am instead of 7am.
• The ticket office windows will be closed on non-matchdays and only open on matchdays. The ticket office telephone lines opening hours will remain unchanged.
• There will be no new applications accepted for the UK away scheme. Supporters who are currently part of the UK away scheme will be able to renew their place from June. Supporters who do not renew their place will not be replaced and the tickets will be sold to season ticket holders and members on a match by match basis.
• The Club Chelsea (hospitality) allocation of away fixtures will increase from 12 per cent to 20 per cent. On a pro rata basis, the allocation for Club Chelsea should be 25 per cent when Westview opens later this summer. However, we have reduced this to 20 per cent to accommodate as many general admission supporters as possible.
• From next season there will be an exciting new season ticket and members area with exclusive digital content. This content will replace the monthly magazine that will no longer be published.
• The maximum number of places on the UEFA away scheme will be reduced from 800 to 330. Supporters who are currently part of the UEFA away scheme will be able to renew their place from June. The UEFA Away scheme has never reached full capacity and by reducing the maximum number on this scheme assists us selling tickets when Chelsea receives a very small allocation.
Chelsea memberships and Chelsea Women season tickets will go on sale in June, with more details to follow in due course.
