Six more of Chelsea’s Premier League fixtures in August and September have been moved for TV broadcast in the latest round of selections.
The Blues begin the 2022/23 league campaign away at Everton on Saturday 6 August in a game that had already been confirmed as a 5.30pm kick-off at Goodison Park.
Tottenham are the visitors to Stamford Bridge for our first home match of the season the following weekend and that much-anticipated London derby will now be broadcast live on Sky Sports on Sunday 14 August, kick-off 4.30pm.
A week later, we travel to Elland Road to take on Leeds United for a match that will take place on Sunday 21 August at 2pm live on Sky Sports. Our final August fixture away at Southampton will now be played on Tuesday 30 August at 7.45pm live on BT Sport.
In September, we have three matches moved due to TV selections. Our hosting of West Ham on the opening weekend of the month has been pushed back to Sunday 4 September, kick-off 2pm and live on Sky Sports. This is subject to change should we be scheduled to play in the Champions League the following Tuesday.
Fulham’s promotion to the Premier League means the return of our shortest away trip of the campaign and that will be a lunchtime kick-off on Saturday 10 September at 12.30pm, live on BT Sport. This is subject to change should we be scheduled to play in the Champions League the preceding Wednesday.
Our final fixture alteration is the home clash with Liverpool, which now takes place at the Bridge on Sunday 18 September at 4.30pm, live on Sky Sports.
