The 28-year-old, who joined the Blues from Belgian side OH Leuven in the summer, has returned from a loan spell with fellow Women’s Super League side Brighton & Hove Albion after sustaining a hamstring injury while on international duty.

Following a medical review, Nicky has undergone surgery and is expected to be sidelined for a significant period of time.
