Ronnie Stutter has been nominated for the PL2’s August Player of the Month award.
The Chelsea forward has netted four goals in our opening two PL2 fixtures, bagging a brace in both games as we thumped Blackburn 6-1 before being edged out 3-2 by Brighton. It now means the striker has scored five goals in his last four PL2 games.
The striker’s fine form has been noticed and he now goes up against seven other candidates for the August award.
Joining Stutter on the shortlist is Tottenham duo Yago Alonso and Jamie Donley, Reading pair Sam Paul and former Chelsea man Jayden Wareham, Dominic Ballard of Southampton, Fulham’s Martial Godo and Mark O’Mahoney of Brighton.
The winner of the August award is set to be announced on Friday, September 15 at 10am.
