After joining our development centre programme as an Under-9, Ted has progressed through the Academy ranks at Cobham.

He made his Under-18s debut while a schoolboy during the 2020/21 campaign and helped the Blues and England claim silverware across various age groups the following season.

Having earned further experience with our Under-18s, Ted made the step into senior football by spending the first half of the 2023/24 campaign on loan at Isthmian League Premier Division side Hashtag United, for whom he made 16 appearances.

Further first-team experience came in the form of a loan spell at Hampton & Richmond Borough earlier this season. Ted made 23 appearances in the National League South and kept nine clean sheets.

Ted, who has represented England up to Under-19 level, returned to Chelsea and helped our Under-21s secure a place in this season’s Premier League 2 play-offs.
