Timo Werner opened the scoring in the second half, before an unfortunate own goal from Reece James levelled the match minutes later.

Chelsea pushed for a winner though and it came with around eight minutes remaining through a delightful Mason Mount curling strike, as Thomas Tuchel’s Blues saw off the challenge of our Mexican opponents at the Allegiant Stadium, in front of a loud and passionate crowd.

Although there was no sightings of new additions Raheem Sterling or Kalidou Koulibaly on this occasion, there were still plenty of standout moments that our photographer caught through the lens of his camera.
