Information has been released on the amount of loyalty points needed for season ticket holders and members to purchase tickets for our Champions League match away against Real Madrid.
The match takes place on Tuesday 12 April, kick-off 8pm UK time (9pm local time).Supporters must read the below information before purchasing tickets.Allocation and stadium entry informationWe will receive an allocation of 1,808 tickets which includes four wheelchair spaces and four personal assistant tickets. Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation. These tickets are expected to arrive next week.
Supporters will NOT be required to produce any evidence of Covid 19 vaccination or evidence of a negative test when entering the stadium. However, supporters who have symptoms or been in contact with someone with Covid-19 10 days prior should not attend the match.
Supporters will be required to wear a face covering during the match. The use of an FPP2 mask is recommended.
Business season tickets or multiple season tickets in one nameSeason tickets held in a business name (as determined by the club) cannot purchase tickets for UEFA away matches.Any season ticket holder who holds two or more season tickets in one name can only purchase one UEFA away match ticket.Tickets purchased using season tickets in a business name or multiple names will have the ticket order refunded.
Collection Procedure/Opening times/DeadlinesDue to the current sanctions, we are unable to operate a ticket collection point in Madrid. We have looked at alternative distribution methods, such using the post, but we are unable to provide a duplicate ticket if they fail to arrive. We also explored print@home tickets, but this was not an option for this fixture.
Therefore, supporters will need to collect their tickets from Stamford Bridge and the ticket office will open with extended hours in order to assist this.
Tickets will be in the name of the lead booker, but can be collected by any supporter within the booking. The supporter collecting them will need photo ID and will need to quote the lead bookers name upon collection.
Provided supporters send in the fully completed declaration forms by 10am on Tuesday 5 April, tickets can be collected as follows:
Wednesday 6 AprilTickets can be collected from the hospitality ticket office (located in the East Stand) from 2pm until kick-off.After the Real Madrid home match that day, the main ticket office will be open at the final whistle until 11pm.
Thursday 7 AprilThe main ticket office will be open from 10am until 5pm.
Friday 8 AprilThe main ticket office will be open from 10am until 5pm.
Saturday 9 AprilThe main ticket office will be open from 10am until 4pm.
All tickets must be collected by 5pm on Saturday 9 April.
Declaration form submissionEach supporter will need to fully complete a declaration form once the booking has been made.
The declaration form must be completed accurately including the passport number of the applicant.
Supporters who purchase two tickets or more in one transaction will be required to submit the application forms from that transaction at the same time.

Duplicate ticketsWe regret to inform supporters there will be no duplicate tickets available for this match.
Loyalty pointsSupporters will receive five loyalty points for this match.
Official travelThere will be no club travel in operation for this fixture.

Ticket sales informationDue to the shortness of time tickets will go on sale to season ticket holders and members simultaneously.
It is important to note that season ticket holders will not be able to purchase for members and members will not be able to purchase for season ticket holders. This is in order to maintain the 60/40 split on away tickets as per the ticketing policy.
Tickets will be sold as follows:
Monday 4 April from 10am until Monday 4 April 11.30am ONLINE ONLY: Season ticket holders with 132 points or more can purchase one ticket per person.
Members with 102 points or more can purchase one ticket per person.
Monday 4 April from 12pm until at 1.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Season ticket holders with 127 points or more can purchase one ticket per person.
Members with 97 points or more can purchase one ticket per person.
Monday 4 April from 2pm until at 3.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Season ticket holders with 122 points or more can purchase one ticket per person.
Members with 92 points or more can purchase one ticket per person.
Monday 4 April from 4pm ONLINE ONLY: All remaining members and season ticket holders who have yet to purchase can purchase one ticket per person.

Uncollected ticketsSupporters who fail to collect their tickets will not receive any loyalty points. Uncollected tickets cannot be refunded or resold.
