Wednesday 14 September from 10am until 11:30am ONLINE ONLY: Members with 34 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Wednesday 14 September from 12pm until 1:30pm ONLINE ONLY: Members with 29 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Wednesday 14 September from 2pm until 3.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Members with 24 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Wednesday 14 September from 4pm ONLINE ONLY: All remaining members who have yet to purchase can purchase one ticket per person.

Supporters who are registered disabled wishing to apply by email can download the away disabled ticket application form which can be found by clicking here.

To receive a personal assistant ticket disabled season ticket holders/members will need to apply by telephone sale or via the application form and not by purchasing online.

Allocation

We have received an allocation of 2,687 tickets which includes an allocation of 29 non-ambulant and 29 personal assistant tickets. Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation.

Dispatching of tickets

Tickets will be posted out via first class post.

Duplicate tickets

Supporters who do not receive their tickets by post should email the ticket office on Friday 30 September before 5pm.

Supporters will receive three loyalty points for this match.

Allocation and stadium entry information

We have received an allocation of 4,369 tickets which includes an allocation of 5 non-ambulant and 5 personal assistant tickets. Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation.

Business season tickets or multiple season tickets in one name

Season tickets held in a business name (as determined by the club) cannot purchase tickets for UEFA away matches.

Any season ticket holder who holds two or more season tickets in one name can only purchase one UEFA away match ticket.

Tickets purchased using season tickets in a business name or multiple names will have the ticket order refunded.

Collection Procedure

Once the fully completed declaration forms have been received a voucher will be emailed to the lead supporter who made the booking.

In order to collect the ticket each individual supporter will be required to bring with them in person the voucher and their valid passport. Please note copies of the passport will NOT be accepted and each supporter will need to visit the collection point in person. Tickets are not transferrable and cannot be collected on behalf of other supporters.

Further details in relation to the location of the ticket collection point, along with match security and safety information will be communicated to supporters by email as soon as possible.

Declaration form submission

Each supporter will need to fully complete a declaration form once the booking has been made.

The declaration form must be completed accurately including the passport number of the applicant.

Supporters who purchase two tickets or more in one transaction will be required to submit the application forms from that transaction at the same time.

Failure to comply with the above information will result in the declaration forms being returned without tickets issued.

Deadlines

Please note the following deadlines are in place for this match:

Declaration forms must arrive with the ticket office no later than 12pm on Friday 30 September.

Supporters who do not receive their voucher must contact the ticket office on Monday 10 October.

Tickets will go off sale at 12pm Friday 30 September.

Ticket sales information

Wednesday 14 September 10am until Wednesday 14 September 5pm: Supporters on the UEFA away scheme can purchase one ticket. Supporters on the scheme will be given 500 temporary loyalty points.

Thursday 15 September from 10am until 1pm: Season ticket holders can purchase one ticket.

Thursday 15 September from 2pm until 5pm: Members can purchase one ticket.

Please note that tickets will be allocated in a strict selling order.

Uncollected tickets

Supporters who fail to collect their tickets will not receive any loyalty points.
