Ticket selling details for our home London derby against Tottenham Hotspur have been announced. Supporters wishing to attend next month should be aware that ticket sales for that match will take place online only. Important Information

All supporters attending our home games this season will need to provide evidence they are at low risk of transmitting Covid-19 to enter Stamford Bridge and Kingsmeadow.

Supporters will need to provide proof of full Covid-19 vaccination (with both doses received at least 14 days prior to the match) or proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test (LFT - from age 11 and over) carried out within 48 hours of the fixture kicking off.

Proof of full vaccination should be supplied via your NHS Covid Pass on the NHS app, or a vaccination letter. Supporters displaying a negative Lateral Flow result should do so on the NHS app, or via a text message or email from NHS Test and Trace.

Stewards will check your Covid-19 status at your point of entry. If you are using your phone, please ensure it has sufficient battery.

Ticket sales information

Please note from 1 January 2022, supporters attending domestic home matches in the Matthew Harding Lower, Shed End Upper and Lower tiers, those will be safe standing areas. Although all supporters have an allocated seat, supporters in this area are likely to stand throughout the match. Supporters in safe standing areas are required to comply with our Supporter Code of Conduct, a copy of which is available here.

In line with government guidelines, we have more staff working from home. Therefore, general admission tickets for non-disabled supporters will be sold online only for the foreseeable future.

Monday 13 December from 10am until 11.30am ONLINE ONLY: Members with 41 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.Monday 13 December from 12pm until 1.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Members with 36 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Monday 13 December from 2pm until 3.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Members with 31 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Monday 13 December from 4pm ONLINE ONLY: All remaining members who have yet to purchase can purchase one ticket per person.

Disabled Members Application Process

Disabled supporters can apply by telephone sale on the disability line 0371 811 2012, internationally on 0044 207 915 1950, or by submitting the application form by email to [email protected] during the relevant sales period as detailed above.

Supporters who are registered disabled wishing to apply by email can download the home disabled ticket application form which can be found by clicking here.

To receive a personal assistant ticket, disabled members will need to apply by telephone sale or via the application form and not purchase online. All ticket sales are subject to availability.

Accessible Car Parking

Supporters with a valid blue badge can apply for a car parking space from 10am on Thursday 30 December. Car parking spaces are subject to availability and can be applied for by emailing [email protected].

Dispatching of tickets

Supporters will need to ensure they have a valid email address registered in their online account as all tickets are print@home and will be dispatched via email from Tuesday 4 January.

Supporters should print the tickets off in advance of matchday as there is no facility at Stamford Bridge to print them.

Duplicate tickets

Duplicate tickets will only be given to the individual season ticket holder or member.

Supporters should visit the ticket office on the day of the match with photo ID and where applicable the season ticket/membership card.

Loyalty points

Supporters will receive one loyalty point for this match.

Christmas deadlines for print@home and away tickets

Due to reduced opening times over the festive period, supporters are advised to contact us on the following dates if they do not receive their print@home or away tickets:

Aston Villa (away): No later than 5pm on Thursday 23 December.

Brighton & Hove Albion (print@home): No later than 5pm on Thursday 23 December.

Liverpool (print@home): No later than 12pm on Friday 31 December.
