There was just one more sleep to go when the Blues prepared for our final match in the USA.
The Chelsea squad were hard at work again in Washington, DC ahead of Sunday's match against Arsenal at Audi Field.
An open training session at Episcopal High School saw guests from tour partner Barclays and fans from the Beltway Blues supporters' group watch our final preparations for our friendly against Arsenal.
The session started with rondos, before moving into running exercises. The bulk of training saw drills which involved the whole squad and had an emphasis on playing the ball in possession.
After training and before heading to the gym, the players got to meet and greet those who had been invited to watch, with plenty of shirts and footballs signed, too.
Bompastor said of the Blues' last outing on the grass before facing Arsenal: 'It's matchday minus one, so I wanted the girls to enjoy it and enjoy having the ball.
'We have worked hard the last two days and today was more about having the ball, enjoying being together and a little bit of competition with the games. I saw a lot of quality and good building for tomorrow.'
Following lunch back at the hotel in the afternoon, three players - Charlotte Wardlaw, Katie Cox and Lucy Watson - went back to our training base for an event with FICO and the Arlington County Girls Academy, who have a programme from U-13s to U-19s and aim to provide access to football for children of all abilities and backgrounds.
At the event, the Blues trio met and took photos with Arlington players, before a Q&A session saw them share their experiences of being in the USA and playing for Chelsea.
The evening saw another three players - Catarina Macario, Mia Fishel, and Oriane Jean-Francois - get involved at a supporters' groups event where there was a strong number of fans in attendance.
The meet-up included a Q&A panel and a raffle which saw one lucky fan walk away with a signed Mayra Ramirez shirt!
