Seven sizzling strikes make up our shortlist for October’s Goal of the Month and now it’s time for you to pick your favourite from the list!

There are goals from the month just gone from across our men’s, women’s and Academy sides, with Mykhailo Mudryk nominated twice for goals against Fulham and Arsenal.

He’s joined by Nicolas Jacksom in representing the men’s team, following his neatly taken goal at Burnley, while there are three nominees from our women’s side – Lauren James, Erin Cuthbert and Sjoeke Nusken.

Tyrique George’s impressive drive against Tottenham for our Under-18 side is the sole Academy representative this month, with fans able to pick their favourite via the poll below.

If you need help remembering each strike, then watch the video below - along with a description of each individual goal - to jog your memory!

Mudryk vs Arsenal (H)

The winger catches David Raya off his line and beats the Arsenal goalkeeper from wide on the left, with the ball nestling into the far top corner.

Jackson vs Burnley (A)

Nico puts the seal on our away win at Turf Moor, expertly turning in the box before lashing home emphatically from close range.

Mudryk vs Fulham (A)

Mudryk’s second goal on this list. Picked out by Colwill, the Ukrainian takes the ball in his stride before racing away and slotting home.

Lauren James vs Tottenham (H)

The Chelsea striker was on hand to turn home a deep cross with a stylish finish from close range to help us past Spurs.

Cuthbert vs West Ham (H)

Quick feet from Cuthbert sees her dance her way past a couple of West Ham challenges before coolly side-footing past the goalkeeper in our big win at Kingsmeadow.

Nusken vs Brighton (H)

Our final representative from the women’s team is Nusken, who was on hand to turn home a low cross past the goalkeeper during our home win over the Seagulls.

George vs Tottenham (H)

An impressive drive from George is our final nomination, the youngster picking the ball up outside the box before taking a touch and then arrowing an effort beyond the goalkeeper and into the far corner.
