Ballot processTickets for reduced crowd matches will be sold using a ballot system. Supporters will be able to log into the ticketing system and make an application for the ballot for one ticket per season ticket holder.
Upon logging in supporters will be presented with two stands to choose from, the Shed Lower or West Lower stands. Supporters can then select either a single ticket or a pair of tickets (the second ticket is for a fellow season ticket holder who is within your support bubble) as per government guidance.
All tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the named season ticket holder. Supporters will be subject to ID checks on matchday and if the photo ID does not match the name on the print@home ticket then the supporter will be refused entry.
Supporters who are successful in the ballot and have credit on the season ticket account from the 2019/20 season will have this applied automatically and a confirmation email will be sent out confirming the seat location.
Supporters who are successful and have part or no credit will be contacted and asked to make a payment.
Supporters who are successful and do not wish to take up the ticket or fail to make payment by the deadline will be removed from any future ballot until all season ticket holders have attended one match.
Supporters who are successful and attend the match will not be eligible to apply for any future ballot until all season ticket holders have attended one match. Those supporters who were successful in the Leeds or Krasnodar ballots will not be able to apply.
Supporters who are unsuccessful in the ballot will NOT receive an email.
Supporters who apply for more than one match, if successful you will only receive one match and you will be removed for the second match.
Supporters who own more than one season ticket in one name will only be able to purchase one ticket for a match. Supporters who hold more than one season ticket in one name and apply in the ballot for a ticket on each season ticket will have the application automatically voided.
Supporters who have season tickets in a business name will NOT be able to purchase tickets for a match. Supporters who have season tickets in a business name and apply in the ballot for a ticket will have the application automatically voided.
Disabled Supporters
Wheelchair and ambulant disabled tickets will be sold via a ticket ballot application form to 2019/20 disabled season ticket holders only on a first come, first served basis. In the event that demand outstrips supply, the Club will operate a ballot system in the same manner set out above. The form can be downloaded here or provided on request by emailing [email protected]. All applications are to be submitted during the sales period only to [email protected].
COVID-19 Travel RestrictionsYou must not enter the ballot for any match if, at the date of the match, you will be required to self-isolate following travel to the UK from a foreign country, or if you are prevented from travelling to London as a result of any application of the UK Government’s tiered COVID-19 restrictions.
