Chelsea have won four of our past five Premier League meetings with the Hammers.

We are looking to win three Premier League games in a row against West Ham for the first time since 2011.

There have been seven winning goals scored in the final five minutes of Premier League meetings between West Ham and Chelsea (including the last three), more than any other fixture in the competition.

West Ham won the corresponding game at the London Stadium last season, which ended our run of seven consecutive victories in away London derbies.

Graham Potter’s side are playing our second of three London derbies in February.

The Blues have scored and conceded five in our past eight Premier League matches, keeping four clean sheets in that time including the last three games.

Since our 2-0 win at Villa Park in October, we have won three points from a possible 18 away from Stamford Bridge (draws at Brentford, Nottingham Forest and Liverpool).

Chelsea have won nine of our past 12 away Premier League London derbies. The exceptions being a defeat at the London Stadium against West Ham last season, and this season’s goalless draw at Brentford and loss at Fulham.

We are looking to avoid a third successive goalless draw in the league for the first time in our history.

After gaining one point from a possible 21, the Hammers have recovered in their last two games by beating Everton and drawing at Newcastle.

West Ham have the 16th best home Premier League record this term with four wins (Wolves, Fulham, Bournemouth and Everton), one draw (Tottenham) and five defeats (Man City, Brighton, Crystal Palace, Leicester and Brentford).

Only Newcastle (12), Arsenal (17), Chelsea and Man City (21) have conceded fewer Premier League goals than West Ham (26) this season.

Chelsea are looking to become the first side to record 150 Premier League London derby wins. We have the highest win rate of those games in the competition (52.6 per cent).

No side has used more players in the Premier League this term than Chelsea (32). This is the most by Chelsea since the inaugural season of the competition in 1992/93, also 32. Only one other season in our history have we used more players in the league (34 in 1909/10).

Raheem Sterling has been involved in nine goals in his five Premier League appearances against West Ham at the London Stadium (four goals, five assists), the most of any opposition player at the ground.

Graham Potter has made 64 changes to Chelsea's starting XI in his 15 Premier League games in charge so far, the second-most in a manager's first 15 games in charge of a club in Premier League history, behind Thomas Tuchel (66).

This will be Graham Potter’s second visit this season to the London Stadium after the first in August ended with his Brighton side winning 2-0.
