The final will be played at Wembley Stadium on Sunday 5 December.

We will receive an allocation of approximately 5,000 tickets priced at £20 for adults, £10 for concessions (over-65s) and £2.50 for juniors (under-20s).

Tickets will first go on sale to Chelsea Women season ticket holders before being extended to general sale.
